摘要
介绍了FB2型凸轮型线及其优化型线──非对称FB2型凸轮型线的解析式,并以480车用柴油机为例进行了非对称凸轮型线设计。计算实例证明:非对称FB2型凸轮与对称FB2型凸轮相比,具有较低的气门落座速度和落座加速度,气门下降段的速度最大值和加速度最大值较低。该非对称FB2型凸轮适合高速车用发动机。
The analytical expression of the FB2 type profile and its optimized curye -an asymnletrical FB2 cam profile are presented, and design of asymmetrical cam profile are carried out with the 480 type automobile diesel engine as example. The calculated practical exanlple proves that the asymmetrical FB2 cam profile has smaller valve seating velocity and acceleration other than the symmetrical FB2 profile has, and the rnaximum values of velocity and acceleration of the valve lowering down section are also smaller, which means that the asymmetrical FB2 cam is specifically suitable for high speedenglne.
