首先介绍了MFB2型凸轮型线的优点及参数的选取,然后应用Matlab,以某汽油机为例计算出多组进排气升程曲线,最后应用GT-power仿真计算功能进行优化,并以外特性为优化目标,得出合适的凸轮型线参数,进而优化出合理的凸轮升程曲线。
The advantages of the MFB2 type valve cam profile and theory of the related parametric selection are introduced. Taking the external characteristics as the optimum object, Matlab is used to calculate and get a series of air-inlet and air-exhaust lifting curves of a certain gasoline engine, and the simulating performance of GT-power is used to optimize the curves to get the appropriate parameters of the valve cam profile and the reasonable lifting curves.
