摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定消炎利胆冲剂中虎杖苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱：Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（25∶75）;检测波长：306 nm;流速：1.0 mL·min-1;柱温：35℃。结果虎杖苷质量浓度在0.42484.8μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.4%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重复性好。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of polydatin in Xiaoyanlidan Granules.Method The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶75） with flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 306 nm.The column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃.Results The linear range of polydatin was 0.424-84.8 μg·mL-1.The average recovery of polydatin was 101.0% with RSD 1.4%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of Xiaoyanlidan Granules.
