摘要
制备了碳五石油树脂/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料,通过差示扫描量热、扫描电子显微镜和动态力学分析等研究了该复合材料的结构、性能及它们之间的关系。结果表明,碳五石油树脂可以在三元乙丙橡胶基质中形成非常精细的分散,在其添加量为30份(质量,下同)时,体系中形成了碳五石油树脂的聚集体。随着碳五石油树脂用量的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度向高温方向大幅度移动,这归因于两相良好的相容性。复合材料的损耗峰向高温区域移动,阻尼温域有效拓宽,损耗峰面积(TA值)大幅度提高。在体系中添加30份碳五石油树脂时,复合材料表现出明显的拉伸取向特性,具有较好的力学性能。
A C5 petroleum resin/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) composite was successfully prepared by mixing petroleum resin into EPDM.The microstructure and properties of C5 petroleum resin/EPDM composites were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscope and dynamic mechanical analysis.The results showed that C5 petroleum resin could finely disperse into the EPDM matrix.The aggregates of the petroleum resin molecular was formed,when its level was up to 30 phr in the composites.The glass transition temperature of the composites shifted to high temperature direction with increasing the contents of C5 petroleum resin.It could be attributed to the good compatibility between EPDM and the C5 petroleum resin.Compared with the neat matrix,the loss peak of the composites shifted to the high temperature direction.The damping temperature range(the chemical shift no less than 0.3) and the loss peak area(TA value) increased largely.At the same time,the C5 petroleum resin/EPDM(30/100) composites exhibited the obvious characteristics of tensile orientation,and good mechanical properties.
