摘要
针对水平管降膜蒸发器管外液体的成膜情况,采用数值模拟方法,分析了管束排列方式及管间距等结构参数对水平管外液体成膜情况的影响。结果表明:管束布置方式、管间距对顶排管的影响不大,对于顶排管以下的管排来说,叉排方式时的液膜厚度要明显小于顺排方式的液膜厚度;随着管间距的增大,第二根管壁上的液膜厚度逐渐减小。
Simulation method is adapted to predict the film characteristic outside the tubes in horizontal-tube falling film evaporator using FLUENT software.The effects of tube arrangements,tube spacing on the film thickness are presented.Numerical simulation results show that tube arrangement and tube spacing have little effect on the top tube,but for the tube below the top tube,the film thickness of staggered mode is significantly less than that of aligned mode.In addition,the film thickness of the tube in the second row reduced with the increase of tube spacing.
