水平管降膜蒸发液膜厚度及传热系数研究 被引量:5

Study on Film Thickness and Evaporation Heat Transfer Coefficient of Horizontal Tube Falling Film Evaporator

摘要 采用仿真模拟研究了喷淋密度、喷淋高度和蒸发管管径对水平光滑传热管外液膜厚度及因此而导致的蒸发传热系数的影响。通过实验验证仿真结果的正确性,得到了液膜厚度和蒸发传热系数的关系式,为工业设计提供理论和实验依据。 Through simulation, study was conducted on the effects of liquid load, height of the spray and evaporator tube diameter on the file thickness and the heat-transfer film coefficient outside the horizontal tube. The simulation results were verified through experiments, thus deriving the equation between file thickness and evaporation heat-transfer coefficient, which provides the theoretical and experimental basis for the full-scale design of high-efficiency heat-transfer process and novel evaporators.
