摘要
依托地方高校培养国防生已经走过10余年的历程,如何实现高校培养与部队需求的无缝对接,一直是国防生培养急需突破和解决的瓶颈问题。通过深入调查研究国防生部队任职现状,并从基本结构现状、基本素质现状、业务水平现状和职业状态现状进行全面分析表明,影响和制约国防生培养质量提高的因素很多,既有培养计划、师资力量和教学设施方面的因素,也有国防生自身素养方面的因素。加强国防生思想道德建设,加强与部队信息的沟通,构建体现军味、系统规范的国防生教学体系等是克服这些制约因素的必然举措。
Cultivating national defense students by reliance on regular institutions of higher learning has ten-year experience.How to integrate the cultivation in college with requirement of troop is a key problem of cultivating national defense students.This thesis investigates the job status of national defense students in troop,and analyses the basic structure status,basic quality status,professional status and career status.The authors find out that there are many factors influencing and limiting the improvement of cultivating national defense students,including training plan,teaching forces and teaching facilities as well as national defence students＇ own attainment.This paper offers the countermeasures,including strengthening the building of national defence students＇ ideology and ethics,increasing communication with the troop and establishing the teaching system embodying military demeanour and normal system.
