摘要
采用抽样调查的方法,对江苏科技大学国防生进行了综合素质的问卷调查,深入分析了目前国防生的思想道德素质、文化素质、军事素质、实践创新能力素质等方面综合素质的现状。调查表明,多数国防生具有较好的思想政治素质和政治鉴别力,但少数国防生入党动机带有一定的功利色彩;基础文化素质较好,但存在对人文素养重视不够的情况;军事素质总体状况良好,但知识结构不够健全,离新型军事人才所必备的过硬军事素质还有一定差距;组织协调、创新能力还需进一步提高。
This paper analyzes the comprehensive quality of students for national defense in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology by sampling survey. It analyzes the present situation of the students ＇ moral,cultural, military qualities and creative ability. The survey shows：the students have good political quality and judgement,but some students join the Party with some utility motive. They have good cultural quality but they do not pay enough attention to the humanities. Their military quality is good but their knowledge structure is not good enough. They must improve their military quality to meet the requirment of new military talents and their creative ability should be further raised.
