摘要
首先对评定系统效能的各种方法的优缺点进行了分析，然后在ＷＳＥＩＡＣ模型的基础上，引入了幂指数和层次分析法，建立了系统效能评估模型。经验证，该模型具有综合程度高、适用范围广、表达清晰的特点。
The characteristics of several methods to assess the system effectiveness were discussed at first. In order to established the evaluating model of system effectiveness,the AHP was introduced on the basis of the WSEIAC model in this paper,And then an application was given for an example,the results shown that this model had some advantages,such as the degree of syntheses was high, the extension of application was wide,the expression was clear. This method provided a very valid basis when evaluating typical missile weapon system effectiveness. [
