摘要
从组织结构、体育资金、体育活动、体育设施、体育指导、体育政策、体质监测等方面对江苏省六个县级市进行了多种方式的调研,发现江苏省部分县市城乡体育公共服务发展存在政府体育公共服务职能结构单薄、城乡公共体育财政仍然不均衡、公共体育活动城乡互动不足、体育场馆设施布局不甚合理等问题。并提出了建立城乡统一的体育行政管理体制、建立覆盖城乡的公共体育财政体制、加大农村体育场地设施建设、合理规划体育场馆设施布局、多渠道培养社会体育指导员队伍等对策建议。
From the aspects of organization structure,sports fund sports activities,sports facilities,sports guidance,sports policy and constitution monitoring in six cities of Jiangsu province,the survey has found that sports public service function structure is feeble,urban and rural public sports finance is still uneven,public sports urban-rural interaction is insufficiency,and the sports facilities layout is unreasonable.It proposed to establish a consolidated urban and rural sports administration system,establish the public sports covering both urban and rural financial system,enlarge the rural sports playgrounds and facilities construction,make rational plan of sports facilities layout,and cultivate social sports instructor team.
