摘要
通过调查与分析,揭示总体小康与全面建设小康社会农村体育地位发生了重大变化,农村体育将成为新时期我国群众体育的工作重点。广大农民不仅需要体育,而且热爱具有乡土特点的体育活动;尽管农村经济相对落后,但农村也具备了一些可以利用的必要发展条件。发展农村体育要着眼广大农村而不必以小城镇为重点,政府要承担起发展农村体育的主要责任。
Through survey and analysis,the author revealed that significant changes have occurred to the overall relatively comfortable living standards and the status of rural sports development in the background of comprehensively constructing a society with relatively comfortable living standards, and that rural sport will become a key job in mass sport in China in the new period. The author made the following discoveries in his study： Various farmers not only need sport,but also love sports activities with local features; although rural economy is relatively falling behind,rural areas are also provided with some necessary conditions for development which can be utilized. For developing rural sport, vast rural areas should be focused on, but it is not necessary to base the key point on small towns, and the government should undertake the major responsibility for developing rural sport.
