摘要
目的观察白及愈疡汤对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠的免疫调节作用。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组和白及愈疡汤大、小剂量组,各10只。除空白对照组正常饲养外,其余4组结肠内注入7%冰乙酸造模。空白对照组、模型对照组予0.9%氯化钠注射液10mL/(kg.d),白及愈疡汤大、小剂量组分别予白及愈疡汤40、20 g/(kg.d)(分别为成人量的20、10倍),阳性药对照组予巴柳氮钠胶囊混悬液10 mg/(kg.d)(成人量的10倍)。各组均灌胃给药,每日1次,疗程1周。各组观察红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、补体(C)3。结果模型对照组ESR、CRP均较空白对照组升高(P<0.05),IgG、C3均较空白对照组降低(P<0.05)。阳性药对照组和白及愈疡汤大、小剂量组ESR、CRP均较模型对照组降低(P<0.05),IgG、C3均较模型对照组升高(P<0.05)。白及愈疡汤小剂量组ESR、CRP均高于白及愈疡汤大剂量组(P<0.05)。结论白及愈疡汤对UC大鼠具有免疫调节作用。
Objective To research the immunomodulatory effect of Baijiyuyang decoction on rat with ulcerative colitis.Methods The 50 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups（each including 10 rats）：the control group,the model group,the high dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group,the low dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group and Balsalazide capsule group.In addition to the control group was feed normally,the other 4 groups received 7% acetic acid in order to establish models of ulcerative colitis.The control group,the model group was given 0.9% NaCl 10 mL（kg·d）.The high dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group and the low dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group was given Baijiyuyang decoction,40,20 g/（kg·d）.Balsalazide capsule group was given Balsalazide capsule Suspension,10 mg/（kg·d）.The course was a week.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP,IgG and complement C3 were observed.Result After 6 weeks treatment,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP in the model group were increased compared with those in the control group（P0.05）.IgG and complement C3 were decreased compared with those in the control group（P0.05）.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP in the high dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group,the low dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group and Balsalazide capsule group were decreased compared with those in the model group（P0.05）.IgG and complement C3 were increased compared with those in the model group（P0.05）.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP in the low dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction washigher than those in the high dosage of Baijiyuyang decoction group（P0.05）.Conclusion Baijiyuyang decoction has immunomodulatory effects in rat with ulcerative colitis.
