摘要
"2+1"人才培养模式是当前高职院校的一种人才培养模式,是工学结合、校企合作教育的重要载体。它将学校和企业这两个育人环境和育人阶段的优势有机地结合起来,学生2年在校学习,1年到企业实习,共同培育人才。它能使理论与实践充分结合,是培养高素质技能型人才的一种有效途径。本文对汽车检测与维修技术专业实施"2+1"人才培养模式进行了探讨,以期对高职教育教学改革和发展提供一定的参考。
＂2＋1＂ talents cultivating pattern is a kind of current vocational talents cultivating pattern,it is an important carrier of working while studying,vovational-enterprise cooperation.It organically combine school and enterprise of these two educational environment,students study at school for two years,intern in an enterprise in the other year.It can combine theory with practice,it is an effective way to develop applied talents with high quality skilled.The implementation of ＂2＋1＂ talents cultivating pattern in vocational vehicle inspection and maintenance technology is studied in this paper,so as to provide some reference to vocational education reform and development.
