摘要
校企合作、工学结合是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的方向。论文以高职汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,通过与国内汽车名企的合作,采取有效途径和方法,对校企共建人才培养体系进行了实践探索,研究出适合本校实际的汽车检测与维修技术专业工学结合的人才培养模式,为其它高职院校同类专业的人才培养模式的构建提供实践指导。
Cooperative education and STW program （school-to-work） offer a direction for vocational education reform and development at present in our country. We adopt effective methods and carry out the practical exploration for talent cultivating system based on STW and college-business cooperation. We have examined the cases of cooperation with famous automobile enterprises and come up with a talent cultivating pattern, which can provide practical guidance for Automobile Examination and Maintenance Technology Program in other higher vocational education colleges.
