卡维地洛在扩张型心肌病心力衰竭中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价第三代β受体阻滞剂卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 28例扩张型心肌病充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为常规治疗组和卡维地洛组,检测治疗前后临床心功能、左心室功能及结构和血浆脑钠素的变化。结果治疗12月卡维地洛组各项指标治疗前后比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);卡维地洛组左心室功能及结构改善效果优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛能够明显改善扩张型心肌病充血性心力衰竭患者心脏收缩和舒张功能,逆转左室重构。
