摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮联合益气复脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的临床效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取我院2011年9月~2015年2月收治的慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者158例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各79例,对照组在抗心力衰竭常规治疗的基础上应用胺碘酮治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合益气复脉注射液治疗,15 d后观察两组的治疗效果和心功能改善情况。结果治疗组的总有效率97.47%,明显高于对照组的86.08%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.201,P=0.013）;心功能分级疗效：治疗组的总有效率为92.41%,明显高于对照组的81.01%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.245,P=0.025）。结论胺碘酮联合益气复脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭合并发室性心律失常,不仅可以提高治疗效果,而且可改善心功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone combined with Yiqi Fumai injection in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 158 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital from September 2011 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and there were 79 patients in each group.The control group was given amiodarone treatment on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment and treatment group was given Yiqi Fumai injection on the basis of control group.Fifteen days later,the treatment effect and improvement of heart function was observed between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （97.47%） was obviously higher than that of control group （86.08%） （X2=6.201,P=0.013）;curative effect of heart function grade：the total effective rate of treatment group （92.41%） was obviously higher than that of control group （81.01%） （X2=5.245,P=0.025）. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with Yiqi Fumai injection in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia can improve the treatment effect and cardiac function and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
