DNA of tomato was amplified by using 48 random primers in PCR were compared between the F\-1 and parents.By 6 primers has existed polymorphism of DNA between parents can be determined.The difference of parents DNA show codominance in F\-1.The result reveals a good application potence of RAPD in examination and determination of F\-1 and parents of
