摘要
高校思想政治教育对创新人才培养具有不可替代的作用。它有助于创新人才人格的完善,有助于创新人才思维能力的提升,有助于创新环境的优化。因此,高校必须加强思想政治理论课建设研究,改进思想政治教育的教学方法,构建适于创新人才培养的思想政治教育评价、激励机制,以期让高校思想政治教育在创新人才培养中发挥更好、更大的作用。
Ideological and political education of colleges and universities has an irreplaceable role in innovative talents cultivation and helps to improve the personality perfection of innovative talents,to enhance the thinking ability of innovative talents and to optimize the innovation environment.Therefore,the colleges and universities must strengthen the research on ideological and political theory curriculum construction,improve teaching methods of ideological and political education,and build evaluation and incentive mechanisms for the ideological and political education fitting for cultivating innovation talents,to make ideological and political education play a greater and better role in cultivation of innovative talents.
