摘要
近年来,云南省葡萄与葡萄酒产业发展迅速,且多个产区已形成自己的特色,如弥勒产区种植的特有葡萄品种"玫瑰蜜"、"云中舞",迪庆高原产区的有机葡萄园及赤霞珠干红、冰红酒,楚雄的早熟鲜食葡萄等。葡萄与葡萄酒产业带动了地方经济的发展,目前云南各地掀起了栽培葡萄的热潮,为了减少在栽培区域选择上的盲目性,提高鲜食葡萄、酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的品质,应加强葡萄气候区划研究。
In recent years,grape and grape wine industry in Yunnan have developed rapidly and several regions have formed their own characteristics,such as the unique species ＇Rose Honey＇ and ＇Cloud Dance＇ planted in Mile,the organic vineyards and Cabernet sauvignon and the ice grape wine in Diqing plateau areas,and premature table grapes in Chuxiong etc.As grape and grape wine industry could drive local economic development,vineyards booms in Yunnan.In order to reduce the blindness in the choice of cultivation area and to improve the quality of table grape,wine grape and grape wine,we should strengthen grape climate regionalization timely.
