New Advances in the Pharmacological Effects of Radix Ophiopogonis-a Chinese Medicine Can be Used For Function Food

摘要 麦冬为我国药典规定药食同源品之一,临床应用广泛。麦冬的化学成分主要包括皂苷、黄酮、酚酸、多糖等。现代药理学研究表明麦冬具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老及抗心肌缺血等作用。特别是近年来对于麦冬中多糖成分的降糖作用越来越引起学者们的重视。对近年来麦冬的药理活性研究进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行展望,为进一步研究和开发麦冬资源提供依据。 Radix Ophiopogonis is one of Medicinal and Edible Homogeny in Chinese pharmacopoeia and widely uesed in clinical application.The mainly constituents of it were saponins,flavonols,phenolic acid and polysaccharides,etc.Pharmacological research indicate that it had hypoglycemic,antioxidant,anti-aging and anti-myocardial ischemia effects.Recently the hypoglycemic effect of polysaccharides had aroused the insterest of scientists.In order to provide a basis for further development of Radix Ophiopogonis,this paper had reviewed for the phrmacological progress of Radix Ophiopogonis and the application prospect for it.
