摘要
本系统采用ＶＢ和ＡＣＣＥＳＳ数据库技术，汇集数理统计及微分方程两种建模方法。通过该系统用户可建立温度、ｐＨ值、水分活度环境因素对食品微生物生长影响的数学模型，能够动态、图形化地给出仿真输出的各种最终结果。
VB and Access database technology are used in the system, involving the Ways of mathematical statistics and differential equation to build model. The user may build the mathematics models with temperater, PH, water activity factors of the environment that influence growing of the food microorganism.mattes modelsr, so that they can get the final differential simulation results with development and picture.
