摘要
目的:建立薄荷麝香草酚搽剂中薄荷脑和麝香草酚的含量测定方法。方法:旋光法测定薄荷脑的含量,紫外分光光度法测定麝香草酚的含量。结果:薄荷脑在1.6～5.6mg/ml范围内浓度和吸收度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.7(n=9);麝香草酚在8.1～32.5μg/ml范围内浓度和吸收度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.6(n=9);结论:该法准确、可靠、快速,可用于薄荷麝香草酚搽剂的质量控制。
Objective：To stablished the method for determination of menthol and thymol in the Menthol and Thymol Liniment. Methods：Optical Rotation was used to determine the content of menthol.Ultravoilet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of thymol.Results：The test of menthol was linear within the range of 1.6～5.6mg/ml（r=0.9991） .The average recovery was 100.7% with RSD of 0.7%（n=9） . The test of thymol was linear within the range of 8.1～32.5μg/ml（r=0.9994） .The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.6%（n=9） .Conclusions：The method is accurate,stable,rapid and the method canbe used for quality control of Menthol and Thymol Liniment.
