厄贝沙坦对肺心病无心衰房颤患者房颤复发率及心功能的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察厄贝沙坦在治疗肺心病房颤患者中对房颤复发率及心功能的影响。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法。分析我院2006年12月至2009年12月收治的阵发性房颤及经静脉应用胺碘酮转复为窦性心律的持续性房颤、无心力衰竭的患者56例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦150mg,1/d,治疗12个月,观察两组患者房颤的复发率,心力衰竭的发生率,并监测两组患者治疗前后左房径、左室射血分数及脑钠肽水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组房颤的复发率及心力衰竭的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗前后LAD、BNP的比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦可显著降低肺心病房颤患者房颤的复发率及心力衰竭的发生率(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗前后的左房内径、左室射血分数及B型脑钠肽比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。
