摘要
目的:改进炉甘石硫洗剂的配制工艺,建立其质量控制方法,并对其测定方法进行考察。方法:以改进的方法制备炉甘石硫洗剂;采用络合滴定法测定锌盐的含量,采用溴量法测定苯酚含量。结果:改进后配制的炉甘石硫洗剂中的硫分散良好,络合滴定法测定锌盐的含量方法稳定,结果平均回收率100.62%,RSD为0.61%;溴量法测定苯酚的含量方法稳定,结果平均回收率100.34%,RSD为0.51%。结论:改进后配制的炉甘石硫洗剂质量稳定;测定制剂中锌盐和苯酚的含量方法简单、准确。
Objetive： To improve the preparation technology of calamine and sulfur lotion, and establish a method for its quality control and inspect the assay method. Methods： The calamine and sulfur lotion was prepared with the improved preparation technology ; The content of zinc oxide was determined with complexometrie titration and the content of phenol was determined with bromometry. Results： The sulfur was scattered well in the calamine and sulfur lotion that prepared with the improved preparation technology; The method of the content of zinc oxide by complexometry was steady, and the average recovery was 100. 62% （RSD =0. 61% ） ; The method of the content of phenol by bromometry was steady, and the average recovery was 100. 34% （RSD = 0. 51% ）. Conclusion： The quality of calamine and sulfur lotion that prepared with the improved preparation technology was steady and the assay methods of zinc oxide and phenol is simple and accurate.
