摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定苯酚滴耳液中苯酚含量.方法采用紫外分光光度法在波长270nm处直接测定苯酚含量.结果苯酚在10~30mg·L-1范围内呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9997).平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.76%(n=5).结论该法简便、准确、稳定性高,可作为其质量控制方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of phenol in phenol ear drops. METHODS Ultravoilet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of phenol at wavelength 270nm. RESULTS The content of phenol in phenol ear drops presented a good linear relationship over the range of 10- 30mg · L^-1 (r=0. 9997). The average recovery was 99.7% ,RSD 0. 76 % (n=5). CONCLUSION This method used in this study is simple, accurate, stable and can be reliable for the quality control of phenol ear drops.
