摘要
参附注射液是人参黑附片的提取物,有效成分为人参皂甙、乌头生物碱类,参附对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用是多因素,多途径的调节过程,主要包括抗氧自由基作用、减轻Ca2+超载作用、抑制中性粒细胞激活和炎症介质释放作用、抗凋亡以及参予调控心肌缺血/再灌注损伤病理过程中复杂的信号转导过程。
The Shen - Fu injection is a kind of extract from Radix Ginseng and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata.
