摘要
心力衰竭是心血管病的终末期表现及最主要的死因,是21世纪心血管领域的两大挑战之一。尽管现代医学对心力衰竭的治疗有了较大的进展,但心衰患者的发病率及死亡率在不断增加,患者生活质量差、反复住院率及病死率高仍是客观存在的问题,使心力衰竭的诊治已成为公共卫生和临床医学重点研究的难题之一。众多的临床实践已证明中医药治疗心力衰竭的确切疗效,辨证应用中医药治疗对患者的临床症状改善及长期预后均有益处,并且可减少西药治疗的不良反应、弥补其不足。
Heart failure is the final stage of cardiovascular disease and the leading cause of death. It is one of the two major challenges in the cardiovascular field in twenty-first century. Although modern medicine has made great progress in the treatment of heart failure, the incidence and mortality of heart failure patients are increasing, the quality of life, repeated hospitalization rate and mortality are still the objective problems, which make the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure has become one of the key issues of public health and clinical medicine. Many clinical practices have proved that the effect of TCM in the treatment of heart failure is definite, the application of TCM can improve clinical symptoms, had good long-term prognosis, can reduce the adverse reaction of Western medicine treatment, and made up for their deficiencies.
