冠心病抗栓治疗研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 冠心病的病死率在西方工业发达国家占首位,在发展中国家也呈逐年升高的趋势,WHO已将心血管疾病列为未来全世界的最主要死因。急性冠脉事件的发生与冠状动脉血栓形成密切相关,抗栓治疗贯穿冠心病各种治疗的始终,包括急性心肌梗死（MI）的溶栓、介入治疗及手术治疗等，目前对抗血小板、抗凝等治疗的适应证和方案方面要求更为严格，笔者就近年来冠心病的规范化抗栓治疗研究进展作一综述如下。
