摘要
用淋巴细胞短期体外培养法,并结合染色体G、C、Ag-NORs 显带技术,以及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究了西藏牦牛、黄牛的染色体和血液蛋白多态性.结果表明:西藏牦牛可分为山地牦牛和草地牦牛两个生态类群,但均应属于横断高山型牦牛;西藏黄牛在染色体核型、血液蛋白基因位点、以及体型外貌上与普通牛一致,为普通牛种.
The technique of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and the G banding,C banding,Ag NORs banding technique,and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis are used to study the chromosome and blood protein polymorphism of Tibetan yak and yellow cattle.The results of the research show that Tibetan yak is Henduan Alpine type,but it is classfied valley yak and grassland.In accordance with chromosome specificity,blood protein loci and body measurements,Tibetan yellow cattle should be considered as Bos taurus.
