摘要
随着双向直流变换器的广泛应用,对其输出电压的稳定性有了更高的要求。通过对24 V/12 V双向Buck-Boost变换器进行实验,其输出纹波电压远大于理论计算值,在此指出开关器件导通瞬间受寄生参数影响产生的电压振荡、输出滤波电容等效串联电阻产生的差模干扰以及电路的共模干扰导致了电压纹波过大,为此总结了相应的抑制措施,并给出这些抑制措施的实验波形。通过验证可知这些措施可有效抑制电压纹波。
Bidirectional DC/DC converter requires a high stability of output voltage as it wildly used.Experiments of 24 V/12 V bidirectional Buck-Boost converter demonstrate that the output voltage ripple is much higher than theoreti-cal values.This paper indicates that the voltage oscillation caused by parasitic parameters during turn on transient,differential-mode interference caused by ESR of filter capacitance and common-mode interference are the main caus-es of the discrepancy.The corresponding suppress methods are presented and the experimental waveforms are given which show that these methods are very effective to restrict the output voltage ripple.
