目的和方法:通过在体兔心肌缺血再灌注模型探讨缓激肽(BK) 对缺血再灌注心肌的延迟性保护。结果:BK 显著降低了24 h 后的心肌梗塞面积及血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平;多粘菌素B(polymyxin B) - 蛋白激酶C 抑制剂,抑制了BK 的心肌保护作用。结论:BK 具有延迟性心肌保护作用,这一作用是通过PKC
AIM and METHOD:The delayed cardioprotective action of bradykinin was studied in the open-chest anesthetized rabbits. RESULTS:The myocardial infarction area volume and serum levels of creatine phosphatekinase were reduced significantly after 24 hours of bradykinin infusion; the cardioprotective role of bradykinin was abolished by polymyxin B (a protein kinase C antagonist). CONCLUSION:Bradykinin can induce delayed cardioprotective action which is dependent on protein kinase C.
