摘要
目的:根据各种不同内固定器对脊柱固定节段的稳定性的影响及承载能力的影响,评价内固定器稳定脊柱的效果。方法:利用7 具新鲜尸体胸腰段脊柱标本,在T12 - L1 间造成不稳定模型,在标本的T12、L2 脊柱安装固定器械,用SF器械固定( 试验组),同时采用RF、Dick、Steffee、AO 内固定器械固定( 对照组) 。结果:(1)SF内固定器的刚度、弯曲刚度、扭转刚度均大于RF、Dick、Steffee、AO器械。(2)SF内固定胸腰椎骨折后承载能力强,稳定性好。结论:SF内固定器不仅设计优于传统的RF、Dick、Steffee、AO装置,实验亦证实其更符合脊椎的生物力学特点,有坚强的稳定脊柱的作用。
Objective To evaluate the stability of post -operation through the study of the effect of various instrumentations on the spinal fixative segments. Methods Seven fresh thoracic and lumbar spine specimens were used to create instability experimental group and with RF、Dick、Steffee、AO as the control. Results (1)The axial rigidity, bending rigidity, torision rigidity of SF intermal fixation was superior to the rigidity of RF、Dick、Steffee、AO. (2)The load of SF internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures can attain 6.2Bw which is equal to the normal level.Conclusion Through the biochanical research, we have proved that SFis better than RF、Dick、Steffee、AO, and we think it is a ideal instrumentation available today.
