摘要
目的：调查十堰市儿童行为问题及其影响因素。方法：采用 Ａｃｈｅｎｂａｃｈ 儿童行为量表中译本及自己设计的父母和儿童一般情况调查表。结果：１ ７８０ 名 ６～１１ 岁小学生中检出有行为问题者２７９ 人，检出率 １５．６７％ ，其中男１５８ 人，女 １２１ 人，男女比为１．３：１，１ ７８０ 名小学生的行为问题总分平均分为２３．８３±１９．２３。结论：父母关系不和、初中以下文化、为个体户或无职业的家庭，子女单纯由家庭抚养或寄养在亲戚家、二子女的家庭，其子女儿童精神卫生问题高于相对各组（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。儿童出生时有窒息、脐带绕颈、使用产钳或胎头吸引器助产的，其行为问题发生率高于顺产或剖腹产者（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。
Objective:To investigate the behavioral problems and the correlative factors in pupils living in Shiyan city.Methods:Behaviors were measured by the Chinese version of Achenbach Children Behavior Scale and the self-designed questionnaire of parent-children general conditions.Results:Of the 1780 pupils of 6 to 11 years, 279 were detected be problematic in behavior, 158 being male and 121 being female, with a ratio of 1.3:1 and a total detectable rate of 15.67%. The average score was worked out to be 23.83±19.23.Conclusion:The Children would be more problematic if their parents quarreled frequently,or received no more than 9 years' education, or were businessman or out of work and if they brought up by a single family or by a relative or in a two-child family(P<0.01). Those who experienced at birth asphyxia umbilical cord around neck or vacuum extraction of forehead delivery suffer from more behavioral problems than those who experienced natural delivery or cesarean section.
