摘要
近年来,医疗费用上涨过快问题受到社会公众的高度关注。医疗服务项目价格和高值医用耗材的定价、医疗计费过于细化、医疗服务价格成本的组成不透明等都是当前医疗服务价格管理工作面临的矛盾和问题。采用按不同治疗方案收费、单病种限价管理和加强高值耗材的内部管理可以逐步扭转"以药养医"向"以技养医"的局面发展,使医务人员的技术劳务价值得到充分体现。
Recently medical price inflation has been drawing more and more attention.There are many problems in the administration of medical service price,for example,pricing on medical service and expensive medical equipment,more detailed medical expense and opaque cost of medical service price.The situation of increasing the revenue of hospital from by excessive sales of drugs can be improved by technology step by step,if these methods can be accepted such as charge according to different treatment,limited price for single disease and further management of expensive medical equipment.Meanwhile the value of medical personnel＇s work can be shown up.
