摘要
目的:分析新疆医疗服务价格调整对阑尾炎住院费用的影响。方法:采用病例回顾法收集新疆8所综合性医院4年期间阑尾炎出院病例住院费用信息,对医疗服务价格调整前后阑尾炎住院费用构成及影响因素进行比较分析。结果:医疗服务价格调整前后阑尾炎住院费用构成及影响因素均发生了变化。结论:医疗服务价格调整对胆囊结石伴阑尾炎住院费用产生了一定程度的影响。
Objective： To analyze the impaction of appendicitis hospitalization cost after Xinjiang medical service price adjustment. Methods ： Using the reviewing method to collect appendicitis patienis medical expenditure information of the eight - hospital in xinjiang ,To compare and analysis the hospitalization expenses and impact of factors before and after the medical services adjustment of appendicitis hospitalization. Results： appendicitis hospitalization expenses and the impact of factors have changed. Conclusion： The price adjustment for appendicitis hospitalization costs have produced a certainly extent affection.
