摘要
为全面了解国内外钻井液技术研究现状、明确钻井液技术的发展趋势与方向,在调研大量相关文献及报道的基础上,对近年来国内外出现的钻井液新技术进行了分类归纳总结,从新型钻井液体系、储层保护技术、防漏堵漏技术、新型钻井液处理剂、钻井液泥饼清除技术等5个方面对其进行了介绍。其中,新型钻井液体系涉及各种水基钻井液体系、油基钻井液体系、合成基钻井液体系和成膜钻井液体系等;介绍了裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层保护技术;防漏堵漏技术主要介绍了可溶粒子降滤失剂、超低渗透添加剂、微凝胶聚合物降滤失剂等;新型钻井液处理剂包括快钻进KSAJ、Mn3O4加重剂、季铵盐表面活性剂、页岩抑制剂(乙基葡萄糖苷和SIAT)和高温保护剂GHB等;还对钻井液泥饼清除技术作了简要介绍。
In order to comprehensively understand the current research situation and the developing trend of drilling fluid technology both at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the new techniques of drilling fluid arisen in recent years based on investigating and surveying the relevant literature of domestic and overseas drilling fluid techniques.The new drilling fluid systems,reservoir protection,lost circulation prevention and plugging,new drilling fluid additives,and mud cake removal techniques are respectively introduced herein.Various kinds of water-based drilling fluid system,oil-based system,synthetic-based system,membrane-forming system are listed under the topic of new drilling fluid systems.Moreover,this paper introduces the techniques for protecting fractured carbonate reservoirs,lost circulation prevention and plugging technologies,like the filtrate reducer of soluble grain and micro gel polymer,ultra-low permeability additives,and the newly developed drilling fluid additives,fast drilling additive KSAJ,weighting agent Mn3O4,quaternary ammonium salts surfactant,shale inhibitor(ethyl glucoside and SIAT) and high-temperature protective agent GHB.In the end,the mud cake removal technology is also briefly described.
