摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急诊瑞替普酶溶栓治疗前后氨基端脑钠肽前体(NT-ProBNP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取72例行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗的AMI患者,检测治疗前后NT-ProBNP水平的变化,并与同期发病超过12 h未行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗的64例AMI患者治疗前后NT-ProBNP水平进行比较。结果两组患者治疗后NT-ProBNP水平较治疗前降低均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,经瑞替普酶溶栓治疗组较未行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗组NT-ProBNP水平降低更加显著(P<0.05);死亡率也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 NT-ProBNP水平的变化体现心功能恢复的状况,AMI患者经瑞替普酶溶栓治疗有利于心功能的改善,同时可降低AMI患者的病死率。
Objective To study the changes in level of N - proBNP and its clinical significance in patients with acute myocardial infarction after thrombolytic treatment of reteplase. Methods Seventy two cases of AMI accepted thrombolytic treatment of reteplase and 64 cases of AMI with onset over 12 hours without accepted thrombolytic treatment of reteplase ＇were allocated into two groups. The levels of N - proBNP between these two groups were compared after thrombolytic treatment of reteplase. Results The levels of NT - PreBNP in two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment（ P 〈0.01 ）. The levels of NT - ProBNP in patients of group accepted the treatment of reteplase were lower than those of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The mortality rate of patients in group treated with reteplase was lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion The level of NT - ProBNP reflects the status of heart function. The thrombolytic therapy with reteplase is benefitial in improving heart function in patients with AMI, thus it may reduce their mortality.
