摘要
目的:探讨目前中药饮片在销售、应用过程中常见的质量问题以及监管方法。方法:查阅相关文献,进行综合分析与评价。结果:目前中药销售、应用过程中主要存在的质量问题有药材名称问题、饮片切制规格问题、成方制剂中炮制品名称问题和劣品药材问题等。结论:规范中药材名称、规范中药炮制和饮片切制规格、禁止中药材乱代乱用、定期抽检等措施可有效监控中药饮片质量。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the quality problem commonly seen in the marketing and use of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs and their quality control method. METHODS： We reviewed the pertinent Chinese journals and on which an aggregate analysis and evaluation was performed. RESUTLS： Drug name problem, slice cutting specification problem, the problem of the name of processed drugs in set recipe preparations and counterfeit problem etc were commonly seen in the marketing and use of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs. CONCLUSION： To standardize drug name, drug processing and slice cutting specifications of Chinese crude drugs, and to prohibit counterfeits and conduct regular sampling inspection can effectively keep the quality of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drug under control.
