摘要
以一定浓度的根腐病病原菌粗毒素胁迫不同时间的菘蓝植株为试验材料,进行表观鉴定,然后测定其SOD,CAT,POD活性,并分析3种抗氧化酶的谱带.结果表明:随毒素处理时间的增加,植株的萎蔫程度逐步加深.SOD,CAT活性增强,同工酶颜色加深并且SOD同工酶增加了新的条带;POD的活性在0~12 h酶活性降低,酶带减少或颜色变浅,在12~72 h,酶谱带颜色变深,酶活性增强.随着毒素胁迫时间的延长,菘蓝植株的3种抗氧化酶活性总体成上升的趋势.
Activities and bands of the superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase were analyzed in Isatis indigotica Fort seeding under the stress of crude root rot fungus toxin with treatment time and the external form were analyzed firstly.The results indicated that the seedings were more wilted with the treating time increased.The activities of SOD and CAT were greater and the bands were darker,a new band occurring in SOD.The activities of the peroxidase were lower in 0~12 h and the bands were lighter and decreased,but in 12~72 h the activities were greater and the bands were darker.Trends of antioxidant enzyme activities were rising with the time getting longer.
