摘要
目的:制备异长春花碱脂质体,并考察其体外释放特性。方法:采用薄膜分散法制备异长春花碱脂质体,考察脂质体形态、粒径分布,透析法测定异长春花碱注射液和异长春花碱脂质体释药的差异。结果:异长春花碱脂质体平均粒径149.2 nm,透射电镜可以明显观察出脂质体的双分子层结构。异长春花碱脂质体和注射液的体外释放规律均符合Higuchi方程,脂质体在24 h内累积释放完而异长春花碱溶液在10 h内累积释放完全。结论:制备的VRB脂质体粒径均匀,外观良好,具有一定的缓释效果。
Objective：To prepare the vinorelbine liposomes and investigate its release characteristics in vitro.Method： Vinorelbine liposomes were prepared by thin-film ultrasonication method,and the morphology and particle size were also investigated.The difference of release characteristics from vinorelbine liposome to vinorelbine solution was measured by dialysis method.Result： The particle size of the liposome was 149.2 nm,and the bilayer of the liposome was observed obviously.The release rule of liposome in vitro was subject to the Higuchi model,completely released within 24 h;the release of solution was accorded to Higuchi model,completely released within 10 h.Conclusion： The VRB liposomes with fine-looking have sustained releasing effect.
