摘要
在光学显微镜及扫描电镜下,对四川省溲疏属12种、3变种的花粉形态进行了初步研究,结论如下:1.溲疏属花粉属于三孔沟花粉,具网状纹饰.2.据外壁纹饰可将花粉分为3类型:①浅网状纹饰型;②深网状纹饰型及③皱脊网纹饰型.3.对一些疑难分类群,如西康溲疏(D.sikangensis Fang)的界定提供了孢粉学证据,对伞花亚组(Subsect.Cymosae Rend.)中建立的多辐系(Ser.Multiradiatae P.He)及寡辐系(Ser.Pauciradiatae P.He)亦提供了花粉方面的新资料.
The Pollen grains of 12 species and 3 varieties of Sichuan in the genus Deutzia Thunb. were examined with light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results are shown as follows:1. The pollen grains of Deutzia of Sichuan are tricolporate and reticulate.2. Three types of sculpture are divided: shallow-reticulate type (D. fargesn Franch., D. multiradiata W. T. Wang. D. nitidula W. T. Wang, D. leiboensis P. He et L. C. Hu and D. nanchuanensis W. T. Wang); deep-reticulate type (D. kypoglauca Rehd., D. discolor Hcmsl., D. vilmcrinae Lern. et Bois, D. longifolia Franch., D. glomeruhjlora Franch.) and murus-rugose reticulate type (D. seichuencnsis I Franch.?D, sikcmgcnsis Fang).3. The palynological evidence is of significance for the treatment of some doubtful taxa, such as D. sikangensis Fang and for the establishment of two series named Ser. Multiradiatae P. He and Ser. Pauciradiatae P. He in Subsect. Cymosae Rend.. The characteristics of the pollen grains are also presented in Table I.
