摘要
通过1986~1988年三年对杀雄剂1号和杀雄剂2号在水稻杀雄、制种上效应的研究,得出以下结果:(1)在水稻花粉充实期喷施0.015~0.02%的杀雄剂1号,能使87个参试品种的平均自交结实率降到0.7~3.3%,有72%的品种达到化杀制种要求;(2)两种杀雄剂的田间化杀制种效果无显著差异;(3)现有杀雄剂和施用方法不能克服化杀制种中产量与种子纯度呈显著负相关(r=-0.61,P<0.01)的矛盾;(4)^(32)P示踪试验揭示出杀雄剂在诱导水稻产生生理性雄性不育的同时,亦严重干扰了雌性器官的磷代谢,导致雌蕊受精结实能力降低;(5)影响水稻化学杀雄制种的主要限制因素是现有杀雄剂对雄、雌蕊的生理损伤缺乏选择性所致。
Studies on the effects of emasculation and seed production of hybrid rice had been conducted by male-gametocide No.1 and No.2 (MG1 and MG2) in 1986-1988. The results showed that:
(1) Self-seeding set fertility of 87 rice cultivars was reduced to 0.7-3.3% by male-gametocide No.1(0.015-0.02%) in full Period of pollen grain, 72% of which had fit the standards of riee seed production by chemical emasculation (CE).
( 2 ) Effects of hybrid rice seed production in MG1 were not significant difference in conparison with MG2 in the field.
( 3 ) The present MGs and their application manner could not overcome the distinctly negative correlation (P<0.01) between yield and purity of hybrid seed by CE.
( 4 ) 32P tracer experiment indicted that MGs interfered female metabolism of phosphorus as they brought about male-sterility in physiology,so that female abilities to fertilization and seting were reduced.
( 5 ) The main limiting factors to seed production of hybrid rice by CE was that the present MGs
lacked selectivity to impair stamina and pistils of rice.
