摘要
在土培条件下,研究硼对棉花不同生育期磷的吸收、积累以及几种含磷化合物的影响。结果表明,棉花任一生育期,各器官无机磷及全磷含量与土壤有效硼含量呈显著负相关。缺硼及高硼均使棉花单株吸磷量显著降低。^(82)P示踪说明,随土壤有效硼增加,棉叶无机磷和脂溶性磷均下降;RNA也有下降趋势;DNA仅在苗期高硼时才显著下降,蕾期以后不受硼的影响;无论缺硼或高硼均使蛋白磷增加。
The experiment was conduced under soil culture to study the influence of boronon phosphorus contents, uptake and several phosphorate compounds of cotton. The re-suits obtained may be summarized as follows: (1) At any growth stage, the inorganicand total phosphorus contents in cotton leaves, stems and roots were negatively relatedto soil available boron. (2) The uptake of phosphorus in cotton was reduced by bothB-deficiency and B-toxicity. (3) The measurement of radioactive ^(32)p indicated thatseveral kinds of phosphorate compounds in cotton leaves, which included inorganic-P.lipid-P, RNA-P, DNA-P and protein-P, varied differently as soil available B raised.
