摘要
本研究采用蛋白质梯度饲养法,以鱼粉和酪蛋白为蛋白源,经6个梯度、30天的饲养试验,以生长增重率、体蛋白质增加量、蛋白质利用率为指标、从直线回归和抛物线回归方程求得长吻鮠鱼种(平均尾重12克)在水温21~25℃、日投饲量占鱼体重的2.5~3.5%时,其蛋白质的最适需要量范围为46.94~49.53%。长吻鮠对饲料蛋白质的利用率随饲料中蛋白质含量的增高而降低。
This experiment was aimed at determining the optimal level of dietary protein for the optimum growth of the juvenile fish; by the gradient feeding method of protein, its dealed with 12 concret tanks of 10 Leiocassis longiostris fingerlings which weighed 8-13g.Each set of the tanks was assigned to one of six different dietary protein level ranging 40.9-65.4%, with the daily feed allowanced approximated 2.5-3.0% of the body weight of the fish and kept in a 0.39M8 concret tank at 21-25℃ for 30 days. The optimal protein level of diet was determined by both method of polynomial regression and parabolic curve it was found to be 47.90-49.51%. The protein efficiency ratio decreased with the increase in protein content of the diet according to the equation Y = 34.3778-0.4413x.
