亚洲稻籼粳中间型问题的讨论 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE INTERMEDIATE TYPE BETWEEN HSIEN AND KENG RICE IN ASIAN CULTIVATED RICE

摘要 本文基于籼粳间酯酶酶带记分、聚类分析、主分量分析等方面表现出的连续性,结合广亲和品种和镰刀谷在测交时亲和力难分籼粳的事实,认为有中间型存在。建议把亚洲栽培稻分成粳、中间型、籼,这样既能体现演化内容、分类的连续性,也能减少分类上的错误,利于应用。笔者推测,品种在形态和遗传以及许多分类性状上的不同步分化,可能是形成中间型的原因之一。本文简单讨论了镰刀谷和Aus类型品种的中间性特点,认为它们可能是深入研究中间型问题的好材料。 It is less in study how the intermediate type rice is seen in the classification of rice cultivars. Because of the continuity of discriminating bands scores,cluster analysis and Principal components analysis (based on the all esterase-bands) between keng rice and hsien rice, the intermediate type rice should be existed.It is justified by the compatibility by which wide compatibility varieties and sickle-shaped varieties can not be classified into keng rice or hsion rice.The authors suggest that rice cultivars (O.sativa L) , which were classified into keng rice or hsien rice, can be classified into keng rice, intermediate type rice and hsien rice.The new classificatory system can include the evolutional contents and the classificatory continuity and can also decrease the classificatory error, and is preferable to use.The evolution out of step between morphology and genetics and among many classificatory characters may be one of the causes by which the intermediate type rice is yielded. The paper discusses the intermediate Property of sickle-shaped varieties and Aus varieties, and considers that they may be the favorable materials of the further investigation in the problem of the intermediate tybe.
