摘要
研究了流量放大器的数学模型,着重分析了流量放大器敏感结构参数──放大倍数N、主阀口HP的容积VHP、阀口重叠量x0、液压阻尼R1和R2等对其动特性的影响,最后提出了对流量放大器动特性的改进措施。
The paper analyzes the mathematical model of the flow amplifier . The dynamic characteristic of the flow amplifier is influenced by its sensitive mechanism parameters-the ampl.multiple N, the volume VHP of the main valve opening HP, the valve opening overlap xso and the hydraulic resistances R1&R2. Fi-nally,the methods that improve the dynamic characteristic of the flow amplifier is propounded.
