流量放大阀主阀心复位运动的数值解析 被引量:1

摘要 为深入理解和控制装载机转向液压系统中的油击振动现象,针对系统中流量放大阀主阀心的复位运动过程进行研究,应用流场仿真和多项式拟合方法获得主阀心复位运动中的动态液阻力和稳态液动力表达式,建立高精度的主阀心复位过程数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对其进行数值计算,分析各种因素对主阀心复位过程的影响.计算结果表明,主阀心复位起始段速度很快,完成88.5%的复位行程仅用约1/4的复位时间,随后慢速接近零位;先导阀口面积是影响复位快慢的最主要因素,且复位时间对先导阀口面积的配置反应非常敏感,需结合复位弹簧刚度进行合理配置. In order to thoroughly understand and control the vibration of oil hammer occurred in the hydraulic steering system of the loader, the reset motion process of the main spool in the flow amplifying valve used in the steering system was investigated. Adopting the CFD approach and the polynomial fitting method, the expressions of the dynamic fluid resistance and the steady-state flow force in the reset process were achieved, then the high-precision mathematical model for the reset process of the main spool was found, and it was used to solve reset process by using MATLAB/Simulink software. The impact of various factors on the reset process of the main spool was analyzed. The numerical results showed that the re- set speed of the main spool was very fast at the beginning, which completed 88. 5% of the whole stroke within about a quarter of the reset time, then the spool slided slowly to its center position. It was also shown that the pilot orifice area in the main spool was the determining factor of the reset process, and the reset time was very sensitive to the disposition of the pilot orifice area. The pilot orifice area should he disposed reasonably according to the spring stiffness.
