摘要
初步研究了适于锌白铜线坯生产的拉—停—反推—停水平连铸生产工艺， 生产出的Φ１２ 锌白铜线坯， 内外质量及加工性能优良。同时研究了连铸成型的机理及生产中易出现的问题，并提出相应的解决措施。
A horizontal continuous casting process suitable to producing copper/nickel wire base is presented.The process with drawing/stopping/pushing back/stopping yields Φ12mm with good quality and process ability.Besides,principium of the continuous casting,problems possibly met in operation and their resolution measures are studied.
