摘要
在水平连铸圆管坯生产中,通过使用不同的拉坯频率,分析其对铸坯质量的影响,以选择合适的拉速、反推等工艺参数,并针对设备和生产现场情况提出改善铸坯质量的建议。
Different working frequencies were used and the cast round quality was analyzed in the production of HCC tube rounds in order to choose the better process parameters, such as casting speed,opposite pushing, etc. .In addition,the further improving suggestions of the cast round quality were raised based on the conditions of the equipment and production practice.
