北沙参化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:11

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents of roots of Glehnia littoralis

摘要 目的对北沙参的化学成分进行研究,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据。方法运用反复硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂HP20、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及开放ODS柱色谱进行化合物的分离纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从北沙参根的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-2-[4-(3-羟基-1-(E)-丙烯基)-2-甲氧基苯氧基]-丙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,1)、2,3-E-2,3-二氢-2-(3'-甲氧基-4'-羟基苯基)-3-羟甲基-5-(3″-羟基-丙烯基)-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-1-苯骈[b]呋喃(2,3E-2,3-dihydro-2-(3'-methoxy-4'-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3″-hydroxypropeyl)-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-benzo[b]furan,2)、原儿茶酸甲酯(protocatechuic acid methyl ester,3)、七叶内酯(esculetin,4)、可来灵素J(glehlinoside J,5)、东莨菪苷(scopolin,6)、亥茅酚苷(sec-O-glucosylhamaudol,7)、(-)-开环异落叶松脂素4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷[(-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,8]、可来灵素C(glehlinoside C,9)。结论 1-4和6、7共6个化合物为首次从珊瑚菜属中分离得到。 Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the roots of Glehnia littoralis.Methods The compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel,TLC,Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase ODS.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic data and chemical properties.Results Nine compounds were isolated from G.littoralis.Their structures were identified as 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxyl-1-(E)-propenyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-gucopyranoside(1),2,3-E-2,3-dihydro-2-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3″-hydroxypropeyl)-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-benzo[b]furan(2),protocatechuic acid methyl ester(3),esculetin(4),glehlinoside J(5),scopolin(6),sec-O-glucosylhamaudol(7),(-)-secoisolariciresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),glehlinoside C(9).Conclusions Compound 1-4 and 6-7 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
